An Open House Supply Checklist for Luxury Real Estate Teams

An open house is a live service operation. The team must prepare the property, welcome visitors, protect privacy, and capture next steps without letting supplies or small logistics distract from the experience.

Prepare in three groups

Separate supplies into property presentation, guest comfort, and operations. Check approved signage, printed property facts, access instructions, visitor materials, water, sanitizing supplies, chargers, and a way to record feedback. Do not include unapproved claims or public company pricing and rate information.

Assign owners before arrival

Name who confirms access, who greets, who handles questions, who monitors privacy, and who closes the property. An assistant can stage materials and prepare the attendance log. The agent remains responsible for professional conversations and decisions.

Close the loop

Count materials, secure documents, record factual observations, and assign every follow-up before leaving. Real Estate Luxury teams turn a one-day event into an organized client update.

A practical next step

Run the checklist during the next open house and mark each item as essential, useful, or unnecessary. Keep the shorter version.
