Confirm access and readiness first

The photographer needs a confirmed access window, the lockbox or host contact, and a staging check before the shoot. Record who confirms each item and when. A beautiful listing photo cannot fix a property that was not ready.

Add the weather decision rule and the reschedule contact. Luxury sellers expect the team to handle the logistics without asking them twice.

Build one shot list with the agent

Capture the exterior, the primary rooms, the views, and the details the agent wants to lead with. Record any room that must be excluded for privacy or a non-disclosure reason.

Send the shot list to the photographer before the visit and keep the approved version with the listing record.

Close the loop after the shoot

Record the delivery date, the selected images, and who approved the final set. If the images need retouching, note the scope and the approval.

Save the final gallery link with the listing record so the marketing team and the agent use the same assets.
